What Is Supplied
Oak Frame
We supply the complete structural oak frame according to the approved drawings. Our team CNC cuts each component for precision and prepares it for on-site assembly. We include traditional mortise and tenon joints and pre-drilled peg holes where needed.
Installation Drawings
We provide detailed installation drawings with your oak frame. The drawings show the frame layout, joint locations, beam sizes, and assembly sequence. Your installer can follow them to assemble the structure accurately and efficiently.
Oak Air-Dried Capping
We supply air-dried oak capping for the glazing perimeter. The capping fits over the softwood battens and secures the glazing units firmly in position. It creates a consistent, traditional finish that complements the main oak frame.
Main Gable Frame / Gable Truss
We manufacture the main gable frame, also known as the gable truss, as the key structural element of the building. It supports the roof and defines the overall shape of the structure. Our team produces it to the specified dimensions and structural requirements so your installer can assemble it directly on site.
