Steps:

1. Concept: We start with your simple hand-drawn concept or reference images with dimensions.
2. Preliminary Design: Our team works on the design and presents computer-generated images and plans for your approval.
3. Confirmation: Upon sketch approval, we provide an offer with an invoice for a 50% deposit to order the oak and engage a structural engineer.
4. Oak Order: After receiving the deposit and engineering calculations, we proceed to order the oak, with an 8-10 week lead time.
5. Final Design: Once we have the deposit and engineering calculations, we prepare the final drawings and CNC files.
6. Manufacture: Manufacturing time varies depending on project complexity, ranging from 1 to 10 days.
7. Collection & Transport: We provide details on transport, weight, the longest oak part, and collection dates before manufacturing.
8. Continuous Design: We value ongoing collaboration and refinement of design drawings until you’re satisfied with the result.
