A bespoke oak gazebo deserves a roof that protects the structure without compromising its appearance. For this reason, EPDM is a practical, durable and discreet solution for flat and low-pitch oak gazebo roofs.

EPDM provides a reliable waterproof layer and is, therefore, particularly well suited to flat and low-pitch roofs.

Our typical built-up roof can include an EPDM membrane, OSB deck and timber firrings. Together, these layers create a slight fall to help rainwater drain from the roof.

Meanwhile, T&G oak boards and exposed oak rafters can remain visible underneath. As a result, you get modern waterproof protection above while retaining the natural beauty of the oak frame below.

Great company to buy from. Delivery was as stated and design drawings were sent for approval prior to manufacturing. Communication was excellent at all times. Assembly went with only minor hiccup which was our mistake. Certainly a 3 man job minimum for the main frame as the oak beams are very heavy. Would highly recommend this company

Superb quality product, accurately produced, good communications from Val. We have had to rethink our outdoor kitchen ideas of “rustic” because of the statement it made when we put it up. We are so happy with our oak Barn/Gazebo. Val helped me in the planning and was patient with me as I made a number of changes to the plans. Everything went smoothly with the delivery. There was a lot of heavy lifting but the whole construction build was undertaken by myself with the help of my son (and a gypsy lift for the beam!). I added a few extras for the roof - tongue and groove above the rafters, and also purchased oak facia boards and also designed some oak/rope lights which fit well with the design, this added to the overall cost but was worth it.

Process couldn’t have been easier. Val always responded quickly and laid out all the options available at the beginning before I placed the order. Kit arrived ahead of schedule and was packed very well with every item marked. Instructions for assembly were very detailed and it went together easily. The lads I got to build it said it was the best kit they’d assembled and wanted to get other customers of their landscaping business to use Timber Solutions going forward. Now erected it looks amazing and should last my lifetime. I couldn’t recommend Timber Solutions more highly. If you’re thinking of buying something, don’t think anymore just go ahead with confidence. Pavillion review I do not usually review items i have bought but this purchase was so exceptional i felt compelled to do so. My pavillion was bespoke, made to the overall sizes and layout plan I submitted to Timber Solution. The company was very tolerant and patient despite my many tweaks and alterations. They produced a very detailed set of drawings showing every component and outlining how the structure fitted together. When the pavillion was delivered, on time, it was truly a piece of high class engineering. You would expect on a one-off design of this size there would be one or two elements that need final adjustments and alterations. There were no adjustments needed at all. Every piece was clearly labelled and fitted together perfectly. It was straightforward to assemble and two people with a reasonable amount of DIY skill could carry out the task without expensive equipment The finished product looks amazing and i would have no hesitation in recommending this company

I decided to get an small patch of land behind my garage a makeover. It was just a potato patch that had seen better days. What I wanted to achieve was an outdoor kitchen and with that a sturdy oak framed cover. After many weeks of searching I came across Timber Solutions and discussed my project with Val. I must say my first impressions were that of professionalism and detail. We went through a couple of designs and finally settled on one. Well the structure is up and it looks fantastic. My guys, who built the frame, said that this is a very good structure and it was relatively simple to put up. For me it is the realisation of a goal that was 18 months in the making and boy, am I a very Happy Chappy. Many thanks Val. I will upload pictures later when the kitchen is fully completed.

I only generally review if something is very good or very bad. Fortunately this is in the former category. When I set out to replace the external oak stairs to my garage / annex, there is always a little anxiety dealing with a company that is a fair distance away. Will they do the job, will my money be safe etc. Well I need not have worried as Val at Timbersolution did a fantastic job, and at a competitive price. He was prompt with my initial enquiry, and had plans drawn up within a few days. Throughout the process he was always available to discuss any issues, and the staircase was ready as arranged. My builders, who assembled the staircase, were impressed by the quality of the construction, and I am delighted with the end result.

I wanted a good quality, chunky, solid oak pergola and did a lot of research before deciding to go with Val and Timber Solutions. The price point was very competitive and the communication from Val was great from start to finish. It was customisable to the overall size and dimensions of posts I wanted. It was manufactured and delivered to the time frame advised on placing the order. The added details or the champers really made it extra special. My fitter also complimented the ease of errection and the system used. All in all, a great product and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a special focal point pergola in their garden. There are many companies offering oak structures, so making the tight choice is daunting. The oak pergola is a beautiful addition to our garden. Highly recommended. My pergola design was not the most traditional as it was a difficult trapezoid shape with all sorts of lengths and angles. Not a problem for Val! His design, consultation and service was second to none. The product quality is superb. The build, tho tricky in parts, was easy to follow and as a result, we have a perfect construction. Really can't thank Val enough for his expertise, guidance and product delivery.

In our case, we had to organise our own build team & get involved with the inevitable aspects of the detail & snags & in our case, sourcing & fitting the EPDM roof. The end result is excellent! Really cannot fault in anyway the service from Timber solution. Val from the start was great to deal with. Any changes I needed no problem. Delivery time exactly when he said it would be. Any questions answered quickly. Putting it together just looked at the design and matched the numbers stapled to all the parts. With the aid of two lift genies I put it up on my own. Extremely happy with the finished pergola. Looking forward to the oak ageing over time. Would recommend Timber solution to everyone, and would definitely use Timber solution again. Thanks Val.

I can’t recommend Val from Timber Solutions enough. We had a tricky project in that we wanted to install oak trusses to an existing room. Val created a fantastic design and then recommended an installer to carry out the work. Val spoke with the installer in the lead up to installation to ensure everything was designed and manufactured correctly allowing for good installation.
